All knitters and skill levels are welcome in this class!

Discover the rich knitting traditions of Iceland while learning the timeless art of Lopi wool knitting.

Whether you are new to Icelandic knitting or looking to expand your knitting skills, this class will guide you through the techniques needed to knit authentic Icelandic projects with ease.

Join us as we celebrate the craftsmanship, heritage, and enduring beauty of Icelandic Lopi wool knitting while creating heirloom-quality pieces you'll treasure for years to come!

Beware, there is homework! Prior to class, the “homework” in preparation is to follow your Knitting Jenny pattern and cast on and begin knitting ---- and knit your project until the stranded colorwork begins.

When we meet in person in class, we will all begin knitting our colorwork together.

While completion of homework is not required, it is highly encouraged! That way, during class we can focus on colorwork techniques, rather than spending time casting on or ribbing.

Bring to class your Knitting Jenny pattern, yarn, and needles, and we will knit our way through the class!
