Tam o' shanter for a baby
Completed in February 2011

I designed and knit this tam for a special baby.

I knit this with my favorite Jamieson & Smith brand yarn, 100% Shetland wool, 2-ply jumper weight, with 3.0mm DPNs.

I utilized my favorite, traditional Norwegian star motif. And, instead of the standard 2x2 rib, I opted for a cable ribbing at the cast-on edge.
