Wonderful green socks!
Completed in February 2013

These socks were knit during a big snowstorm in London, which happened to fall on the one week my dad was visiting. We were snowbound!

The last day before he flew out, I took him to the British Library, around the corner from my house. In the photo above, Dad sits in the fabled brass book-chair, with the ball and chain.

I really wish someone would explain this chair to me! To me, books shouldn't be represented by a ball and chain. Instead, books represent freedom!

This wonderful green sock yarn is Silkwood brand, hand painted in the Greengage colorway. I love it so much!

These socks represent pair #75 in the madness that is my sister's sock wardrobe.

A huge thanks goes out to all my friends who have enabled this endeavor. I couldn't have done it without you.

I thank you. My sister thanks you.
