Marigold
I had never heard of Bollywood until I moved to London in 2003. I had no idea there was even a movie industry in India, much less it being called Bollywood.
This movie, Marigold, is the closest I've ever come to watching a real Bollywood movie. It was colorful indeed, and full of song and dance. So, that was nice. But the storyline was a little drab, with the blond American actress going to India to work on a Bollywood movie....then lo and behold she falls for and marries an Indian movie star---all within the spanse of, say, ten days.
This was not a great movie masterpiece. Yet, the thought of walking out of the moviehouse (a habit of mine) never actually crossed my mind.
