Atonement
What part of the 1930s and 1940s don't you like? Is it the great fashions or the men in uniform or the way that war draws people together?
I love it all.
I loved the setting of this movie. It was interesting. Clever. And despite my profound dislike of Keira Knightley, I enjoyed this movie.
I did, however, wish that I would've walked out of the moviehouse ten minutes shy of the ending as I didn't really appreciate the quick twist of conclusion. I felt let down. Cheated. Tricked.
Nonetheless, I liked this movie.
