What part of mohair lace don't you like?

I purposely did not aggressively block this cape. It's quite short but nice and would look good on, I suppose, if someone were to wear it.

Lace cape in purple dewberry color

Rowan brand Kid Silk Haze yarn

70% kid mohair and 30% silk

Three balls of yarn required

Knit with 3.50mm Holz & Stein ebony wood circulars

Pattern designed by Sharon Miller and published in Rowan magazine

The pattern calls for the cape to be knit flat with a seam up the center back! Horrors!

I am a fan of Sharon Miller, but still, this cape should have been designed in the round.
