"She had brought her knitting with her, and it seemed as if her tongue laid a wage with her fingers, to outdo them in swift and ceaseless motion."
Review
This is a story about Mrs. Graham, who had a bad marriage to Mr. Huntingdon. So, she takes her kid and runs away, and sets herself up in Wildfell Hall. The house itself sounds amazing, and I did like the descriptions of English country life. But, all in all, this book is about infidelity and is basically a downer.
