The story is about a Perfect Family, whose father is wrongly accused of some crime and is thrown in jail. The mother, to make ends meet, moves her kids out of the city and into the country, to save on the cost of living. This book is about the kids and how they kill time in the countryside. There's a railway that runs through the town, and this is a big deal for them. (I am falling asleep as I write this.) At the end of the book, the father is somehow vindicated and the family is reunited. Big yawn.
