I am wintering in Estes Park, Colorado, USA, and it's stunning here in the Rocky Mountains. I enjoy sitting here in a comfy chair, next to the fireplace, and knitting.
But, as always, I prefer knitting with others. I appreciate knitting comaraderie, discussion, and sharing.
As I don't know anyone in this tiny mountain town, I reached out to the local Estes Park Library (a truly wonderful place). I am now hosting at the library free monthly knitting get-togethers to foster friendship and community.
